Ninaad is an accomplished transformation and change leader with 19 years of experience in banking, consulting, and project management. He has led high profile and large-scale transformation and integration programs in Payments, Client Lifecycle Management, AML, and regulatory domains for Tier 1 banks in Switzerland and Southeast Asia. In addition to program delivery, he has a consistent track record of success in sales, business development, P&L growth, and client management. Ninaad is part of the leadership team at Capco Switzerland and heads the Consulting & Delivery Center of Excellence for Capco Switzerland. He has led one of top 3 accounts for Capco Switzerland, consistently bringing a revenue of Avg. 5+m USD/Year with excellent track record of new sales and repeat business.

Ninaad is very customer-oriented and has proven this in various Swiss and international strategic initiatives and client mandates.   • Leading the strategy, roadmap and organization setup for the multi-country rollout along with the first implementation for Hong Kong and Malaysia consisting of more than 20 team members spread across 3 locations. As the program manager, driving the planning, execution and delivery of the multiple streams for Hong Kong and Malaysia rollout.
